This page explains how to delete your Wallivoa account and the data associated with it. Wallivoa is the wallpaper app published on Google Play by Wallivoa.
You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Google. If you have never signed in, no account exists and nothing is stored against your identity - see If you never signed in below.
The quickest way. Deletion happens immediately.
The option appears once you are signed in with Google. If you are not signed in, you do not have an account - see If you never signed in.
If you uninstalled Wallivoa or cannot open it, you can still have your account deleted:
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently erased:
| Data | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Your sign-in account (Google account name, email, profile photo) | Deleted permanently |
| Your favorited wallpapers | Deleted permanently |
| Your download history and free-tier allowance counters | Deleted permanently |
| Your rewarded-ad unlock records | Unlinked from you permanently (an anonymous ad-network transaction id is kept so the same ad reward cannot be claimed twice) |
| Wallpaper reports you submitted | Unlinked from you permanently (the report text is kept for content moderation) |
| Your push notification token and notification preferences | Deleted permanently |
| Your Premium entitlement record held by us | Deleted permanently |
| Data | Retention | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase and transaction records for any Premium subscription you bought | Kept as required by law, typically up to 7 years | Tax, accounting and audit obligations. These are held by Google Play as the seller of record; we keep only the minimum reference needed to reconcile them. |
| Aggregated, anonymised analytics and crash data | Retained per Google Firebase's standard periods | Already stripped of any link to you as an individual, so it cannot be traced back or separated out. |
| A record that the deletion happened (an internal account id and the date - no name or email) | Kept for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically | Proof that we honoured your request, in case of a later dispute. |
Deleting your Wallivoa account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, because Google - not us - is the seller and holds the billing relationship. If you are subscribed to Premium, cancel it in the Google Play app first, otherwise it will keep renewing after your account is gone.
To cancel: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wallivoa → Cancel subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.
Wallivoa works without an account. If you only ever browsed and downloaded without signing in with Google, there is no account to delete and we hold no name or email address for you. To clear the app's local data on your device, uninstall Wallivoa, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Wallivoa → Storage and tap Clear storage.
You can remove individual favorites at any time inside the app, and you can turn notifications off in the app's Settings screen or in your device's system notification settings. Revoking Wallivoa's access from your Google Account permissions stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete data we already hold - use Delete account in the app, or email us, for that.
