These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wallivoa (the "app"). By downloading, installing, or using Wallivoa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wallivoa is a wallpaper browsing and download app for Android. We provide a curated catalog of wallpapers organized by category and collection. Some wallpapers and features (true 4K downloads, an ad-free experience) are only available to Premium subscribers.
You can use most of Wallivoa without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and is used only to sync your favorites and restore a Premium subscription across devices. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
Wallpapers in Wallivoa are provided for personal use as device backgrounds. Unless a wallpaper explicitly states otherwise, you may not redistribute, resell, or use catalog wallpapers for commercial purposes outside of using them as your own device wallpaper.
There is no user-upload feature in Wallivoa. All wallpapers are added and curated by us. We do not accept or host user-submitted images.
Free users get a limited number of wallpaper actions - downloads and set-as-wallpaper - shown in the app. This is a one-time allowance for each installation: it does not reset daily or on any other schedule, and it does not reset if you sign in or sign out. Once it is used up you can earn further actions by choosing to watch a rewarded ad, up to an overall cap. Allowances and caps may change over time, and are always enforced by our backend rather than by the app alone.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store, or from Wallivoa's Premium screen, which links there. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end your subscription immediately. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again after that.
Refunds. Wallivoa is sold exclusively through Google Play, and every payment is taken by Google, not by us. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a subscription period that has already started or for time you did not use.
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Those rights apply regardless of this policy, and where they conflict with it, they take precedence - this is particularly relevant for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Free users may be shown rewarded video ads (via Google AdMob) as an optional way to unlock additional wallpaper actions. Ads are never shown without your explicit action to start one, and Premium subscribers do not see ads.
We may send push notifications about new wallpapers, new collections, and announcements. You can turn notification categories on or off individually from Settings at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
We may add, remove, or change wallpapers, categories, collections, and features at any time. We may also place the app into maintenance mode temporarily for updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Wallivoa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
